Facing south towards the Mediterranean you will experience the stunning sunrises and sunsets. At times you are above the clouds!
The art room is situated on the ground floor along with a garage where bicycles and motor bikes can be stored. There is free parking on the street for cars and campervans. The middle floor is the guest area with bedrooms and shared living spaces and terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a relaxing, quiet sitting and dining room. The top floor is the owner’s private home, however, the rooftop terrace with a small splash pool is open to guests by invitation or on special occasions.
